Oneida dispatch obituaries this week3/10/2024 24, 1914 in Oxford, the daughter of Eugene and Iva Ingraham Diamond. Schmidtka, 85, of West Road, died early Tuesday morning, July 4, 2000, in the Oneida Healthcare Center where she had been a medical patient for the past five weeks. and Grant Rauscher of Fayetteville one sister, Helen Parks of Sherrill a special caregiver and friend, Catherine Wilson of Sherrill several grandchildren great-grandchildren nieces and nephews. Surviving are two sons and one daughter-in-law, Fred North, Grant and Linda North of Bridgeport two brothers, Warren Rauscher of Clearwater, Fla. Prior to her retirement, Fern was employed with Oneida Ltd. Her husband Stanley died several years ago. 22, 1918 in Sherrill, the daughter of Grant and Katherine Koster Rauscher. (See Death Notice.) Fern North SHERRILL – Fern North, 82, of 105 E. Surviving are Floyd Lewis two daughters, Sherry and Terry her brother, Roy her sister, Francis six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Beverly was a devoted wife, mother, sister and friend. Beverly was most recently employed as a cook at the Harding Nursing Home, Waterville. 11, 1944 in Rome, the daughter of Ralph and Loretta Tudman Conners. (See Death Notice.) Beverly Lewis ORISKANY FALLS – Beverly Lewis, 55, died Tuesday, Jat her home with her loving family at her side, after an extended illness. He was predeceased by a son, John Buda, who died in 1984, and five brothers, Joseph Buda, Egnac Buda, Chester Buda, Stanley Buda and Edward Buda. Buda of Durhamville several grandchildren a special friend, Sophie Tagliaferri of Rome several nieces and nephews. Surviving are one daughter, Arlene of Syracuse one son, Frank S. He was also a 50 year member of the Rome Moose Lodge. Buda was a member of All Saints Polish National Catholic Church, Rome. Previously he had worked for Rome Strip Steel. He was employed by Revere Copper and Brass for over 40 years, retiring in 1972. Buda was educated in Higginsville schools. 25, 1913 in New Jersey, the son of Egnac and Frances Ciber Buda. Liberty St., died Monday, July 3, 2000, at Rome Memorial Hospital following a brief illness. ROME – Frank Buda Sr., 86, formerly of 509 W. Dorothy was predeceased by her father, Arthur F. and Leda Wittman of Oneida one niece three nephews and several aunts and uncles. two sisters and brothers-in-law, Cindy and Joseph Jefski of Liverpool and Gail and Edward Lawless of Oneida one brother and sister-in-law, Stanley A. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse for 30 years with service at Oneida Extended Care, Crouse Irving Hospital and most recently at the Avante Nursing Home in Jacksonville, Fla. Miss Wittman graduated from Oneida High School and went on to study nursing at SUNY-Morrisville and SUNY-Cortland. She was born on Jin Oneida, the daughter of Arthur and Olive Wittman. – Dorothy Ann Wittman, 49, of Ponte Vedra Beach, died Jin a Jacksonville Hospital.
